Schools, colleges will close down from November 26


Education Minister Shafqat Mahmood has said that all educational institutions, including schools, colleges and tuition centres, will close down from November 26 (Thursday).

He said that from Thursday students will continue their education at home.

In a first, Gilgit Baltistan hosts International Boxing Tournament

WBA Asia Welterweight Championship held at Lalik Jan Stadium in Gilgit on Saturday Event organized by boxing champion Usman Wazeer with support of the Force Commander Northern Areas. General (Retd) Perveiz Musharraf, a former President of Pakistan has passed away in Dubai

General (Retd) Perveiz Musharraf, a dictator and former President of Pakistan, has died in Dubai. According to Initial reports, his health began to deteriorating a few days ago, and he was shifted to an American hospital in Dubai. After receiving treatment for four days, he succumb to death this morning. 1999 to 2008, General Musharraf served as the tenth President of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
